Welcome to the Lincoln Park Archery Club. Although we use Chicago Park District land set aside specifically for archery, we are a semi-private club. The semi-private nature of our club is necessary so we can keep the archery range safe for all archers, and for the many people around it whose park we share. This is why we insist that all archers who come out to use the range when we are shooting shoot with us and observe the rules of safe archery. The Chicago Park District and the Lincoln Park Archery Club regulations prohibit the use of hunting arrows (broadheads), and crossbows.
Throughout the year, Lincoln Park Archery Club participates in tournament shoots with other Chicago Park District Archery Associations Clubs. Shooters are classified according to their shooting style and capability. Shooting styles are:
» Barebow (BB); FITA
» Freestyle Limited (LTD)
» Freestyle Unlimited (UNL)
We actively solicit new members for the Lincoln Park Archery Club. If you are interested in archery, we invite you to come out and shoot with us. We are happy to instruct newcomers to the sport of archery and can give you advice on purchasing equipment.
If you have any questions about archery and the Lincoln Park Archery Club, please visit with us at the range or call a club member. Please call first to ensure that the range will be open during your intended visit.
Outdoor Range: Lincoln Park at Cornelia and Lake Shore Drive (East of the Bird Sanctuary off Recreation Drive) Season: Year round Hours: Daily, sunrise to sunset

Chicago Bow Hunters, Inc located approximately 30 miles southwest of Chicago, is a club dedicated to foster, expand and perpetuate the practice of ARCHERY.  To encourage the use of the bow in hunting, and archery as a sport.   To promote the spirit of good fellowship among all archers.  In cooperation with the Illinois Archery Association, the National Field Archery Association and sound principles of conservation, help in the prevention of waste, the destruction of our game, fish, other species of wildlife, and our natural resources by contributing to the enforcement of our game laws and prevention of pollution of our waters.

CBH offers its members 30 acres of beautiful wooded land with a challenging 28 position outdoor field range, a realistic broadhead range, and practice butts at various distances.  Our land also serves as a wildlife preserve with a large camping and parking area.  In addition, our clubhouse offers a 20 yard indoor range, kitchen, and restrooms.  Our ranges are Illinois Archery Association and National Field Archery Association sanctioned.

Each member is given their own key which gives them access to all of the clubs facilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  In addition to open shoots, there are regular club, IAA, and NFAA registered shoots.  Members enjoy a 50% discount in registration fees at our sponsored events.  Membership is open to

all archers of all ages and levels.  Regular club meetings are held monthly at our clubhouse.
